Don Bosco Drawing Competition

Drawing and painting are visual arts which permit students to unravel their natural talents in sketching and colouring. To enhance these skills, Don Bosco High School and Junior College, Lonavla organised a drawing contest entitled “Create your imagination” on October 27, 2023 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm in the School Hall.

The competition was categorized in four groups. Each group was provided with a theme.

 Std. V – Std. VI:                    Nature scenery

 Std. VII – Std. VIII:               Marine life 

Std. IX – Std. X:                     Geometric art

Std. XI – Std. XII:                  Artificial Intelligence (AI)     

The judge for the competition was Mr. Mahesh Yewale, an Art teacher from Gurukul High School, Lonavla. The judge selected three winners from each group, from among the list of the best five contestants chosen from each class by the class teachers. 

It was amazing to witness how our little artists creatively portrayed the themes given them so wondrously!
